Commissions
Need a visual, audio, creative version of your work? Maybe it’s a rebrand, an unforgettable event, a mural or something else entirely?
Commission our multidisciplinary community to bring your ideas to life in a way that looks great and connects you with the communities you’re trying to reach. We’ll be on hand to support the creative throughout and make sure you get what you need.

CONSULTANCY
Are you looking for new ways of thinking about what you do? Does everyone in your organisation look or sound the same? We can help you do things differently.
Half the world's population is under 30. Young people are the most creative, diverse and radical generation in existence and you could ask us directly how to do your work better. We support organisations to innovate and future-proof their leadership, projects, branding etc., so let us help you too.

Our year-long OnBoard programme recruits, trains and supports you to embed young people into your governance.
Our team has tons of expertise in radical governance models and we curate a bespoke annual programme of leading industry thinkers to get your board where you want it to be.

Looking for more personalised support for you or a project you’re working on? Work with 1-2 young people to get strategic support on a particular project or your own leadership development.
Get tailored 1:1 mentoring and coaching from our community of underrepresented creatives and team who can provide the expertise and guidance of the audiences you're not reaching

Looking to build relationships over a longer period of time and get a range of lived experiences under the skin of your organisation? Work with a group of 6-8 young people over 6+ months to develop the direction or practice of a project or your entire organisation

Recruitment
Are you looking to reach more people with a creative role or opportunity? Do you have a great idea but not the network to find the person you need?
We can support you with writing accessible briefs, advising on day rates and reach out to members of our community we know would be perfect for your role but might not see it or think to apply without us.

If you have a brief ready to go, the fee is at least the real living wage and there’s two weeks left to apply we can put it in our weekly newsletter to the community for £20-50 depending on the type of role and organisation

If you want to recruit someone from our community of creatives we can help you find the right person.
We can approach specific people, support them to apply and support you to select for £300 or 30% of the role fee (whichever is more)
TRAINING
Have you got all the buzzwords down (e.g. equity, inclusion, partnership, anti-racism, co-creation etc) but they’re not translating into real change?
Sign up for our training and figure out how to embody this change making work in a way that will fill you with rage, but only so you can take real action.

Over 4 weeks together we'll explore how to embed care in every phase of the employee journey - from access and recruitment to generative conflict and policies made for humans.

The Rising team and our community can talk on a range of topics from unique lived experiences and facilitate engaging events for you and your audiences. We can create engaging workshops that hold space for different points of view, ensuring that more people are getting a (paid) place at the table.
